Great job on the eclairs, they look delicious!! And congrats on the nursing school, that's a very brave thing to get into. MMM this looks food Tiffany, I might just have to make it. For now I will be happy with chocolate Guinness cake I made tonight - my favourite ever cake. Have you tried it? If not I suggest you have some soon (and James there is 1/2 can Guinness left over which needs to be drunk :) )

I found you through James' site and oh my goodness those look delicious!! All of your recipes look SO good I wish I could abduct you into my own kitchen because I love good food I just don't take the time to make it myself. Especially the sight of your banana bread takes me back to childhood days *drools*
I must say though I also enjoy the language gap that creeps up too, for instance I have no idea what a "digestive" is HAHAHAHA :) I'm sure I could find it online but it's always interesting to learn about.
